A group of 9 of us went here a couple nights ago for the first time and the food was great (I had the Shrimp al Mojo de Ajo, so good!) BUT I really want to comment on the customer service. We arrived around 7:30, were seated right away, ate, and left around 8:45. Came out to the parking lot to find one of our cars wouldn't start. We knew it wasn't the battery because all the lights, radio, etc. were working, but we tried to jump it off anyway. No luck. Truck was clicking when attempting to start, so we figured it was the starter but none of us knew what to do from there. Within a few minutes, several of the staff came out and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, were able to help manually manipulate the starter and get the truck started so we could make it home. We are so thankful for their help and will definitely be back to support their establishment just based on that experience alone! Thank you so much!
