The restaurant I visited had very efficient service, and the food was served hot and fresh. Despite the loud atmosphere due to the crowd, the steak quesadilla and Al pastor meat were both flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed a mango margarita and a cold michelada with my meal, and found the staff to be friendly and the overall experience to be great.

They served a veteran on oxygen,way to much alcohol. He fell,hit his head on glass,metal rail,then tile floor.Fire department right across rd,they didn't call,just let dishwasher drive his truck home and tori took him home.they got him to his bed and the dishwasher walked to his house 3 times,he got his mom to go back with them,she had called the law for a welfare check.yesterday was 1st day he could walk.When they close,they ain't closed,they in there serving the ones who have money and there click.They need to read dram shop law.I end up having to do his chores,go get his money orders,the mail lady even called ,he couldn't even make it to maibox.

I order pollo loco with extra cheese and extra rice everytime, I always have to check to make sure it is correct. Today as usual I pick it up ask if my order is correct they say yes I always look at my order before I leave threw the clear top. I said to the girl there is not extra cheese on this, 3x, I asked for more cheese and was continually told there was enough cheese. She gave me attitude and rolled her eyes till she finally gave me a half cup of cheese. I get home and there is absolutely no cheese on my order and now all I have is the half full small cup of cheese BAD BUSINESS I will gladly tell my friends to go elsewhere. RIDICULOUS!

We took our family here on December 23. It was delicious and the service was awesome. Highly recommend. First time eating there on the 23rd and I'm placing a to go order this afternoon of steak Fajitas for 2 for dinner tonight (December 29) Been craving their food since last week.
