This is hands down the finest middle-end chain-hotel restaurant I've ever experienced. The breakfast buffet, with its impressive spread and skilled griddle-cook, sets a high standard, offering everything from fresh omelets to delectable waffles. The highlight for me, however, was the poolside patio; with its picturesque mountain views and luxurious cabanas, it provided a truly memorable dining experience.
