Seems like they're always short on staff during dinner service, which has turned us away a few times. But the food has really stepped up its game lately, especially the fajitas and burritos. The EZ has a cozy atmosphere where locals gather to enjoy cold beer and delicious dishes, with the owner Nick always ready to share a laugh.
