The butcher shop and burger joint are connected, so you can pick your own cut of USDA Prime, dry-aged steak and have it cooked while you hang out in the shared seating area. The steaks are delicious with a great crust, and while the sides like truffle fries and mushrooms were just okay, the friendly owner and fresh, made-to-order burgers make it worth coming back.
