It's amazing when you receive bad service at a restaurant.... It's also amazing when you point out the wrong doing to a supervisor tries to sugar coat the issue..... Correct the mistake and move forward, don't address your customer with your thoughts of judging .... Its one of those ppl that you suggest and they attack there work or there selves...
