I tried the Colorado Mud scoop and a cookie with ice cream cone, and both were amazing-the ice cream was super creamy and flavorful, and the cookie had the perfect chewy and crispy texture with just the right coffee and chocolate kick. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the staff was really friendly, even letting me sample different flavors before deciding. It's a bit pricey, but that's expected in a tourist town, and the late hours made it perfect for a sweet treat after a long day of exploring.
