The customer service stands out as exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who enhance the overall experience. While the large size options are generous and reasonably priced, adding more size choices and an online tipping feature could improve convenience.

This pizza joint used to offer beer, which was a nice touch, but sadly that's no longer the case. The New York-style pizza is solid, with a thin crust that's perfect for folding. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from the friendly and efficient staff - they truly made the visit memorable!
