I ordered a custom vegan and gluten-free cake for a birthday and found the customer service to be personable, polite, and attentive, with easy curbside pickup. I recently ordered a custom GF/Vegan cake for my husband's birthday, and the small gathering we had all loved the cake, except for me who found the vegan icing too sweet. Diane, who handles customer service, was incredibly personable and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. I appreciate the convenience of curbside pickup and the fact that I didn't have to travel far for such a specialty item.
