The sushi at Fuji Mountain is amazing, and the drinks are strong yet tasty. I particularly recommend trying the vegetable tempura. The atmosphere is not fancy, so you can come as you are and enjoy your time there. The service is great, and I love sitting at the bar with the awesome bartender, Sam.
