I've explored various eateries in New York, and Giovanni's IV stands out as my favorite go-to for delicious food. The welcoming atmosphere created by the lovely family running the restaurant adds a special touch to the dining experience. Despite moving away, I still make the effort to drive across Westchester for their amazing dishes. Their pasta, especially the Linguini and Clam Sauce, is a must-try - it's simply spectacular!
