After revisiting on 7/22, I was contacted by a senior member of the team who attentively addressed my concerns. My order was promptly replaced with a 4 pc tender meal and 2 pc chicken meal, both of which were absolutely delicious, maintaining the high quality I expect from Golden Chick. The service provided by manager Victoria was exceptional, ensuring my order was prepared efficiently and to a high standard, making my experience truly enjoyable.
