Great food and friendly atmosphere

New management has no customer service experience. Don't seem to care about them at all. Bought some gift cards over the holidays and was given $5 gift cards with each one. When going back to use them, I was told that they were already used and to go away. Manager wouldn't help, so I called corporate, who was shocked and would "get back to me in 10 minutes". I never received a call back. So, basically stealing from customers and had no interest in trying to make things correct.
