We have been loyal customers of Golden Ocean for about a year now. We have spent over $500 on food during that time. Tonight they screwed up, got our order incorrect and then on top of making us wait over an hour to deliver the correct order, blamed us for an order that the phone taker repeated back to me, basically told us we were at fault. Then asked us to pack up and return the wrong item after we had to wait for them to get the order correct. Bad business guys. Your mistake after we spent our hard earned money on you and have been a loyal customer. Sorry that you decided that we were at fault for YOUR mistake.
