During a trip to Portland about a year ago, I tried several pastas at Grassa and was absolutely captivated by the wild mushroom alfredo, which had the perfect balance of creaminess without being too heavy. Even now, long after finishing my leftovers, that dish stays on my mind, and I'm eager to return and try more, especially their pork belly mac and cheese that I've heard great things about.
