I was at this small event off east Brainard road, enjoying a great brew when hunger struck. I spotted a food truck called The Grilled Cheese Emergency and knew I had to check it out since I'm obsessed with grilled cheese sandwiches. I went for the cheddar melt on Texas toast, and it was delicious-definitely made my day!
