After visiting the Central High School Historical site, we headed to Gus's near downtown and enjoyed some flavorful fried chicken with a nice spicy kick. The sides like mac & cheese and fried pickles were surprisingly good, and the service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Although parking was a bit challenging and some sides could be improved, the overall meal exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning.
