11/20/2021 - So sad!
Hidden Valley Fruit Farm has been purchased and Re-named Hidden Valley Orchards. Sadly, the delicious bushels of apples and fruit and fresh produce are gone. Also, the u-pick pumpkins, most baked goods, farm fresh jars of apple/fruit butters, preserves, jelly and local honey are gone. The beautiful mums, gourds, Indian corn and roll-Poly pumpkins are gone. The antiques, furniture, vases, dishes and quilts are gone. What was once fresh-pressed apple cider is now purchased from another farm. Essentially….. Hidden Valley Orchards is now a tap room, with light snacks and a few hot items. I doubt there will be a calliope, horse-drawn wagon rides, petting zoo or hay rides. What a loss to the community! The big red barn doors are closed.

My family arrived at Hidden Valley Farms on a recent beautiful Sunday afternoon. There were hundreds of people wanting to enjoy the farm. The first disappointment was that all of their baked goods were sold out.
No apples were available and this was a complete surprise as we have purchased apples there for years. There were 2 restrooms available for everyone to use. It was a 15 minute wait just to use the facilities which I found unacceptable. There were 2 portable toilets outside and these were a mess. There should have been multiple portable toilets available. My suggestion would be to visit this farm on a Weekday when they are much less crowded. They do not indicate that the farm can handle large crowds and still do a good job.
