My wife and I tried IL Capo after seeing it listed in Phoenix New Times and checking out their solid happy hour deals, and we ended up loving the crispy wood-fired pizzas, especially the spicy Diavolo with hot sopressata and Calabrian chilis. The appetizers, like the garlic knots and rice balls, were delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and even though the honey drizzle on the pizza was missing, it didn't take away from how flavorful everything was.
