This shabu experience hit all the right notes with fresh veggies, tender marbled ribeye, and customizable broth that keeps every bite exciting. Even though I leaned into the veggie option to eat a bit lighter, dunking some wife's meat into garlic ponzu for dessert was a game-changer-who knew "meat dessert" could be a thing? Bonus points for the friendly, attentive staff and the quirky parking adventure, which made the whole outing feel like a delicious little victory.
