Grabbed a couple of apple ciders with a friend at KC Bier Co last night and really enjoyed the lively German vibes, live music, and the huge, family-friendly outdoor area. The sausages packed great flavor, the potato salad was tasty, and the beer-especially the Edelweiss and Festbier-was fantastic; definitely looking forward to trying more of their food and drinks when the weather warms up.
