I ordered a club sandwich and hot chips from Kernersville Route 66 Diner to be delivered to me through DoorDash. My driver brought me three boxes of the wrong order. I was delivered two orders of French Toast with Bacon and Fries, and one order of Bacon and Eggs, again, NOT what I ordered! I asked my driver to return this order and get me the order I actually placed. He told me "he didn't know what to do". I politely asked him to return to the restaurant that was only a mile away from my office and get the lunch that I actually ordered. He refused to do it. He said he didn't have enough gas in his car and it was not worth the $4.00 he earned on this order. At that point he left my office, refusing to do anything about my order. I called Kernersville's Route 66 Diner. They said I would have to dispute this issue with DoorDash! I just wanted the lunch that I ordered!! They did not have a delivery driver and could not refund my lunch. I drove up to the restaurant and picked up my lunch. I am still out the delivery fee and tip. DoorDash, the Driver and Sixty Six Diner in Kernersville gets an EPIC FAIL!

Good food. Terrible waitress. Unfriendly with bad attitude. Visited at 12:30 on Wednesday after visit to VA clinic.

My wife and I love this place.
The food is always delicious and you can't beat the prices.
A very friendly and professional staff.
You can't go wrong with Route #66

My husband and I eat here every weekend. The servers are fantastic, know us and our order by name and the food is always delicious! Great prices! Breakfast served all day but B,L, and D menus are all yummy. Try the Southwest Omelet. It feeds two people!

Good diner in town. Not everyone will love it but the people who do really do. They don't make anything amazing but everything very good.

We are there and I was not impressed. The food was not good, it was too over priced and the service was not great. I will not be going back again.. wanted to charge me for extra onions for my salad. My son didnt get the condiments for his burger and when I told the waitress she said well what do u want me to do. I said bring him the things he needs for his burger still wasn't right but was so ready to leave didn't say anything else to her. Horrible experience.
