My daughter and I enjoyed a late lunch at a charming French bistro on the Upper East Side, where the cozy atmosphere and friendly service made for a pleasant experience. The escargot and onion soup stood out, though some dishes, like the halibut, felt a bit small on the plate, leaving me wishing for a heartier portion. Despite the somewhat cramped interior and occasional service hiccups, the flavorful food and warm ambiance keep drawing me back time and again.
