The bar inside Borgata had a long layout and friendly bartenders, offering an interesting cocktail menu. During a visit, I enjoyed beef sliders that were flame-grilled with red pepper mayo and cheddar cheese, perfect for a light snack before dinner. The limited food menu consisted of typical bar fare like flatbread pizza and tortillas, creating a fun atmosphere to relax in the casino setting.
