The folks at Lost Creek Marina went above and beyond to assist me as a person with disabilities, providing a golf cart to transport me to the boat and helping me board. Renting a pontoon boat from them was a seamless experience with friendly and accommodating staff who made our family's stay enjoyable. Although the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the effort put in by the staff, including the cook/waiter, made our time at the marina and cafe a memorable one.
