I visited this restaurant 6/20/15 for an evening meal. We had a reservation for 8pm and after a 30 minute wait were seated near the door to the bar. We could not hold a conversation because the music was so loud. Our waitress, Kelly was nice enough, but the service was horrible. We placed an order and waited for nearly one and a half hours for our food. My steak was very rare and had to be returned to the kitchen. We waited so long between drink refills the ice melted in our glasses. The staff was friendly enough, but the problem is with the kitchen. I managed a kitchen before and not one time have my patrons ever waited an hour and a half for food no matter how busy.
