Arriving at the restaurant on a Friday evening for our reservation in the Craftsman room, we were a bit behind schedule but the hostess kindly accommodated us after a quick call. Situated within the Willis Tower on the 66th and 67th floors, the journey to the 67th floor requires a bit of effort with an elevator ride to the 66th floor and then either stairs or another elevator to the final floor. The panoramic views from the restaurant are breathtaking, especially on clear evenings where you can see landmarks like the United Center and unique architectural structures illuminated beautifully.
