Recently tried a renowned eatery in Pilsen and opted for the whole chicken combo, which came with rice, beans, and tortillas. While the flavors were enjoyable, I found the seasoning a bit lacking. On my husband's suggestion, we visited Mezquite Pollo Express in Gage Park, and the food was simply outstanding - from the juicy pollo and flavorful arrachera to the heavenly rice and beans. The service was friendly, and the spacious, clean ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. We'll definitely be returning for more of their top-quality, delicious offerings.
