The breakfast burritos at Mi Cocina are a must-try in Colorado, with a nice and spicy chili that adds a flavorful kick to the huge burritos. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a wonderful experience for customers, and the owner's dedication to quality is evident in the delicious food served. I always enjoy coming here with friends and family, and I can't wait to return for more tasty meals and great service.

I hope it was an employee impersonating the owner. Our order was messed up. We ordered green chili enchiladas, and reiterated it needed to be green chili, not red, due allergies. His response "there are no peanuts in our chili?"
