For the past three years, I have been a regular at Mina's, enjoying the delicious Pad Thai and Tom Kha soup with either pork or chicken, and always saving room for the decadent mango with sticky rice dessert; the small dining space is cozy, but the option to sit outside in good weather or utilize the efficient takeaway service with a convenient drive-up window makes it one of my favorite spots for flavorful and well-prepared Thai cuisine in Salem.

Friends and I have been to Mina's in Salem several time. Mina is always warm and friendly, as is her staff. The menu is varied, and offers interesting , less common dishes as well as faves like Pad Thai and curries. Food is fresh and very tasty.
Mina also serves a thick, yummy Rueben.
Mina's Cafe is tiny, but mighty. Check it out!
