One of the food trucks I enjoy in SoFlo is Monte's Country Cajun Cookin', known for its delicious comfort food offerings. The flavorful cajun/creole dishes always leave me satisfied and eager to return whenever the truck is at Arts Park in Hollywood or other local gatherings. The made-to-order dishes may require a bit of patience, but the flavorful experience is definitely worth the wait, especially for favorites like the fried catfish platter with spicy ketchup sauce.
