Delicious wraps and refreshing drinks at this place. Despite a bit of a wait, the food was piping hot and totally hit the spot. Went for lunch with my son and had a blast trying out Mugshot's - greeted warmly, served promptly, and enjoyed some seriously tasty burgers and fries. Shoutout to our server, Rae, for making it an awesome guys' day out!

Where to begin there's so much that was wrong! First of all- we ordered our food plus an appetizer of chips and rotel dip. It took 38 minutes to receive that. We asked the waitress if they had a cook back there and she never apologized and stated "the cooks having a hard time adjusting to the new menu" Needless to say, it is the same menu that D'Iberville, Ms has and they are super fast. This restaurant had maybe 12 customers in there. Finally, thank goodness we received our food- and it was terrible. The burgers was swimming in the condiments. We were scared to send it back be cause we did not want to wait yet another hour to get it back. There was 5 people in our party and out bill was 60.05..... could have went to Burger King and saved a whole bunch of money. We will patronize Mugshots in the future, But not the one on Airport Blvd in Mobile, Al.....
