Stopping in Gladewater, we enjoyed a fantastic meal at New Pier. The seafood was perfectly cooked, and the service was outstanding; we'll definitely return.

While passing through Gladewater on my way back to Texas, I found myself at New Pier for a meal. I decided to try the gumbo, which was brimming with seafood and incredibly tasty. Alongside the fried shrimp and oysters, we also enjoyed a side of onion rings that complemented the meal perfectly. The service was efficient, the food delicious, and I look forward to returning in the future.

My food was delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger (it was super juicy and seasoned well), sweet potato fries (well seasoned and moist), and the key lime pie (absolutely flavorful and delicious). We had 9 orders and everyone stated their fish, alligator bites, shrimp and all other items were well seasoned and very delectable.

Our University is located in Hawkins, TX and there are not a lot of options. We typically order from Happy's, The Catch or another place that sells fish in Tyler on what we call "Fish Friday". This establishment appears to top them all.

Fun spot to hang out. Our table enjoyed the boiled shrimp very much. Fries are fried up just right.
