Unfortunately after frequenting this location quite often Due to the lack of customer service here they're receiving this 1 star review and only because it's the lowest Yelp Allowed. I would have given NONE This evening one of the employees at the register had an attitude while taking my order, like as if she didn't want to be there. After placing my order and patiently, the time comes to get my order, it was in correct! After letting the same employee know there was an issue with the order she proceeded to argue with me about it back and forth instead of doing what any professional establishment would do which is apologizing and simply correcting the order and so when I asked to speak with a manager, I let him know that the order was incorrect and that girl may have rung it up wrong, he immediately begins to defend her stating that she knows what's she's doing and wouldn't have made a mistake. At this point I just asked for a refund instead of going back and forth with him as well and trying to get them to correct the order. He let her know to issue the refund. Thinking this would be the end of this horrible experience and I can go elsewhere, she hands me a receipt for a refund of $3 dollars on an almost $30 dollar order... after the manager just vouched for her she proved she had no clue what she is doing all along.. so the manager claims he corrected it but didn't bring a receipt. I will most likely have to file a dispute with my bank, but I will no longer give them my business or go through the hassle of dealing with this poorly ran pizza shop!

The worst part pizza I ever tasted. I've never had a salty pizza before yuck 🤮 first & last time there. Chicken wings tasted old like leftovers. Plus workers hygiene is bad. I wanted a refund. I didn't try the food until I got home.
