Located just south of Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis, Nicky Blaine's exudes an old school cool and classy vibe with an excellent selection of cigars, wines, beers, and liquors, making it a great spot for a night out in the city with diverse clientele and an understated elegance that harkens back to a bygone era.
