I enjoy dining at this establishment regularly and consistently find the meals to be satisfying, regardless of the time of day. Occasionally, on slow days, some of the sides may not be as warm as desired, but the addition of sauce helps to remedy the situation. The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, and the overall ambiance of the food court, especially when complemented by a piano player, enhances the dining experience. Though I wish the sides were consistently warm, and the prices of drinks are a bit high, the quality of the food and my positive experience outweigh these minor drawbacks. I am grateful for the opportunity to try this place despite some negative reviews, as it turned out to be a great choice with generous portions of delicious food.

The food is wonderful, however... the last 2 times I have been here I have been in line behind Japanese and Marshallese customers, the amount of meat that was piled on their plates was literally 2 times of what I received behind them. I was very upset and disappointed that the male cook was so openly blatent about the differences in the servings and would not look at me. I do not using the words racially preference, but i am thinking that here at the Nori Japan in the NWA Mall. I am a very regular customer that has never complained, I will give them 1 more try to prove this is not the case. If I get the same treatment the next time, I will not be back.
