The northern Chinese cuisine here is incredibly authentic and brings back memories of my hometown, especially during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and flavors of the dishes, like the sweet and sour sliced pork and the crispy green onion pancakes. Discovered an authentic taste of northern Chinese cuisine right here in Chicago, a pleasant surprise indeed. The flavors transported me back to the northeast China restaurants I've visited before. Each dish, from the General Tso Chicken to the Mongolian Beef, was prepared with care and delivered piping hot. I can't wait to return and explore more of the expansive menu offerings.
