While visiting my elderly mother in town, we decided to try the Orchid for the first time. Despite having many good Asian restaurants back home, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of Asian food in this small Maine town. The sushi rolls were huge and delicious, especially the crispy roll with a unique honey sauce. The Thai fried rice and chicken satay were flavorful and the curries were lovely. The service was excellent, the atmosphere homey, and the staff accommodating. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their delicious offerings.

The food is delicious. Orchid is my favorite restaurant and it gets my vote every date night!

Always leave Orchid happy and satisfied. It can get very busy at times and so there can be a wait. It's worth it. Diny and Nan are great waitresses and always helpful and attentive without being fussy. The rolls are first rate and the curries and stir fries excellent.
