The food and service at Paleteria La Michoacana are impressive, especially the homemade ice cream, which completely transformed my view on sweets. I stopped by with friends after lunch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, offering samples of various flavors before we ordered. I savored a scoop of coconut and rompope, accompanied by refreshing melon juice, and I can confidently say this will be a regular stop for me from now on!
