I hit up Papi's on a Sunday morning and was blown away by the delicious barbacoa and borracho beans for just $25 with a dozen tortillas. The owner was super friendly, and the lengua was tender without any weird aftertaste, making the wait totally worth it. It's a cozy spot with great food that reminds me of my childhood, and I can't wait to go back for more!
