I first encountered Party Downtown as a food truck, and I was hooked before they even opened their brick-and-mortar location! A date insisted we indulge in the Chef's Tasting Menu, and I'm grateful for his nudge because every one of those nine courses blew my mind-who knew miso quail egg could be a thing of beauty? Now, whether I'm enjoying their inventive cocktails or savoring a takeout feast, the creativity and freshness of the dishes always leave me excited to return for more culinary adventures!
