Called to place order, put on hold for 7 minutes then was hung up on. I know food service can busy but I could hear the lady in the background asking if others were ready to order and to let her know when they were ready. I was ready, haha. Oh well.

We were there yesterday around 2:00pm. We had a groupon coupon and our server took it at the beginning with our order' We ordered a meatball parmesan sub w/fries which I believe was $8.69 and a small flat bread pizza which was a pizza for one with just cheese. I had 1 glass of Chardonnay and he had 1 Sierra Nevada 14 0z.. The total was $23.86 supposedly after $15.00 was deducted. We did not get a breakdown receipt, just the final total. My husband went up to ask her if she had deducted the $15 and she said yes that the total before the $15 was over $40. How can that be? We have had a few problems in the past also. We still left a good tip and we should have asked for a breakdown, our mistake. Won't happen again.
