During my recent visit to Denver, I discovered a fantastic bar on the 27th floor of the Hyatt hotel on 15th St. The panoramic view of the city and mountains from the huge glass windows was absolutely breathtaking. Despite the slightly elevated prices, the amazing service from our server, Nichole, and the delicious pork bao buns made it a memorable experience worth repeating on future vacations.
