This modern twist on Italian food had me hooked from the first bite, especially the Piada-who knew pasta wrapped in bread could be such a flavor party? The build-your-own style with endless toppings and proteins kept things exciting, and the friendly staff hustling behind the counter made the whole experience even better, noisy echo and all.
