Whenever I'm in Chicago, I always make sure to pick up a variety of pies from Pie Boss to bring back home, because the flaky crusts and flavorful fillings never disappoint. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and although you have to pre-order to get fresh pies, it's totally worth the wait for a comforting, homemade meal.
