After a day of hiking at Garden of the Gods, I decided to grab a bite at Bristol Brewing Company. The Piglatin Food Truck pulled up, offering delicious options like the Piggy Quesadilla and island tacos, making it the perfect post-hike meal. The food was exceptional, with flavorful Latin fusion dishes that left me eager to return and explore more of their menu.
