Spending the winter in New Prague, I discovered 201 and it truly made my time in the country memorable, especially with their Diavola pizza offering a fiery yet perfectly balanced heat that satisfied my quest for the spiciest pizza in Minnesota. The combination of fresh, abundant toppings and a nicely textured crust kept me coming back, and I loved that I could grab my order curbside and enjoy it alongside a local brew at the nearby Montgomery Brewery. The warm, personal service from Troy and Diane made every visit feel special, and their dedication to quality and community really shines through in every bite.
