My wife and I had an amazing dinner at the Plateau Room on Saturday night, where our waiter made excellent menu suggestions. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was a standout, and both our entrí©es-the rib eye and prime rib-were cooked to perfection, complemented by delicious sides and a tasty cheesecake to finish.
