I recently had trouble finding Pressed soft serve at various locations, including one with a broken machine and another unexpectedly closed early. Despite the challenges, I decided to give it one last shot at the Larchmont store. Though disappointed to find they didn't have frozen pressed soft serve as advertised, the manager graciously offered me a frozen pint to ensure I didn't leave empty-handed. His professionalism and generosity truly stood out, making me appreciate the excellent customer service at this particular store.
