The beef brisket in their Chiminichangas is incredibly juicy and flavorful, making it worth the extra charge, and the Pollo Loco with rice and grilled chicken smothered in queso is equally delicious. Their fresh ingredients shine in dishes like fajitas, soup, ceviche, meatballs, and New Mexico stew, creating a well-rounded Mexican dining experience that my whole family truly enjoyed despite the slow service.

The mini or regular Chiminichangas with beef brisket are a fantastic choice, as the brisket is incredibly juicy and flavorful, making the surcharge worthwhile. I found their chicken soup to be exceptionally fresh and delicious, especially when I was under the weather; it was ready quickly and perfect for carryout.
